Privacy Notice

This notice explains what information Relay Automation LLC ("Relay," "we," "us") collects through relayautomation.io, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email [email protected].
What we collect
When you use the contact form. We collect what you enter: your name, email, organization, agency or command, topic, and message. With each submission we also record the time it was sent, the IP address it came from, your browser's user-agent string, and which site address it came from. We use these extra details to spot spam and abuse.
When you email us. We receive your email address and anything you include in the message.
When you browse the site. We don't run advertising, use tracking pixels, or build profiles of visitors. You don't need an account, and we don't take payments on this site. Our host receives basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, whenever your browser loads the site:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from attacks. Cloudflare also gives us basic, aggregate visitor counts (page views and load times) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or follow you across other sites.
When you use the PolicyFinder demo. Searches of the built-in FAR and DFARS library run entirely in your browser. We don't receive them. If you click "Also search live eCFR," your search text is sent straight from your browser to the government's eCFR service at ecfr.gov, and its own privacy policy applies.
How we use it
- To answer your message and follow up about the topic you raised.
- To keep the form and the site working and free of spam and abuse.
- To see in aggregate how many people visit the site.
We don't sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking first.
Who handles it for us

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions for up to 24 months from the date they arrive. Stored copies are set to delete automatically at that point. We keep related email for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. We may keep either longer if we have an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Where it's stored
Our providers store and process information in the United States and may also use other countries. We use reputable providers and limit what we collect, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days. We offer that as a courtesy. Relay is not a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act or similar state privacy laws (no revenue; we do not sell or share personal information). This notice does not create rights beyond those the law already gives you.
Children
This site is for business and government users. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not have actual knowledge that we collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it and will not use it.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
